Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**VL-PX10** is Vitti Labs' investigational, cell-free exosome-based therapy. In the registered VL-POI-01 study, it is described as a decellularized exosome product derived from human placental mesenchymal stem cells and administered intravenously to evaluate potential restoration of steroidogenesis and folliculogenesis in women with premature ovarian insufficiency and diminished ovarian reserve. Vitti Labs also evaluates VL-PX10 with its separate cellular product VL-P22 for pulmonary fibrosis following COVID-19; Vitti's pulmonary program materials describe VL-PX10 as umbilical cord tissue mesenchymal stromal cell exosomes. No defined molecular target, approved indication, or INN has been identified. ([clinicaltrials.gov](https://clinicaltrials.gov/study/NCT06072794))
