Drug intelligence / Profile preview
VLN1 is a bispecific or multispecific antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) being developed by Valink Therapeutics as its lead oncology program. It is designed using the proprietary LiliumX discovery platform and V-gate approach, which facilitates the creation of next-generation ADCs capable of delivering cytotoxic payloads to tumor cells with enhanced precision and an improved therapeutic index. Currently in Phase 1 clinical development, VLN1 is being evaluated for the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and other solid tumors. While the specific molecular targets and the nature of the cytotoxic payload remain undisclosed, the drug represents a novel strategy in the ADC space by integrating multispecific targeting with optimized payload delivery.
