Drug intelligence / Profile preview
VLN2 is a preclinical-stage bispecific or multispecific antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) being developed by Valink Therapeutics for the treatment of colorectal cancer (CRC). The drug is engineered using Valink's proprietary LiliumX discovery platform and V-gate approach, which facilitate the creation of multispecific antibodies designed for the precise delivery of cytotoxic payloads to tumor cells. By targeting multiple antigens or epitopes, VLN2 aims to enhance tumor specificity and overcome resistance mechanisms common in traditional ADC therapies. As of early 2024, the program is in the lead optimization and preclinical development phase, with specific molecular targets and payload details remaining proprietary.
