Drug intelligence / Profile preview
VLN3 is a discovery-stage bispecific or multispecific antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) being developed by Valink Therapeutics for the treatment of various cancers (pan-cancer). The drug is engineered using Valink's proprietary LiliumX™ discovery platform and V-gate™ approach, which are designed to enable fine-tuned target control and an improved therapeutic index for multispecific ADCs. VLN3 consists of a multispecific antibody backbone conjugated to a cytotoxic payload, intended to deliver the toxin selectively to tumor cells. While the specific molecular targets for VLN3 have not been publicly disclosed, the program represents a next-generation approach to ADC therapy by leveraging multi-antigen targeting to enhance precision and efficacy.
