Drug intelligence / Profile preview
VLX-ADC1 is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) being developed by VALANX using its proprietary GoldenSite™ technology platform. The drug is designed to target LIK-1, a specific cell-surface protein, to deliver a cytotoxic payload directly to target-expressing cells. By utilizing the GoldenSite™ platform, VALANX aims to create next-generation protein-drug conjugates with precise site-specific conjugation, potentially improving the therapeutic index and stability of the ADC. It is currently in the early screening and preclinical stage of development.
