VLX-ADC2

VLX-ADC2 is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) currently in the screening and early development stage, developed by VALANX. The candidate is built using the company's proprietary GoldenSite™ technology platform, which enables the site-specific conjugation of payloads to proteins (including antibodies) to create next-generation protein-drug conjugates with improved homogeneity and stability. While the specific molecular target and therapeutic indications for VLX-ADC2 remain undisclosed, the conjugate is designed to deliver a cytotoxic payload to cells expressing its target. It represents one of the lead programs in VALANX's pipeline utilizing their synthetic amino acid-based conjugation chemistry.
