VM-206RY is a therapeutic cancer vaccine developed as a heterologous prime-boost vaccination regimen targeting HER2-expressing tumors. The vaccine consists of two components—a plasmid DNA (pHM-GM-CSF) and an adenoviral vector (Ad-HM)—administered sequentially to stimulate both cellular and humoral immune responses against the HER2 antigen.
