Drug intelligence / Profile preview
VM4003 is a preclinical red fluorescent-labeled imaging agent developed by PerkinElmer for the non-invasive in vivo imaging and quantification of human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) expression. The agent consists of the HER2-targeting monoclonal antibody trastuzumab conjugated to the red fluorescent dye VivoTag 645. VM4003 is designed for use in fluorescence molecular tomography (FMT) and other optical imaging modalities to assess HER2 status in tumor models, such as breast and ovarian cancers, facilitating preclinical drug development and biomarker evaluation.
