Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**VN-0103** is an investigational adsorbed acellular pertussis-diphtheria-tetanus combination vaccine developed by Daiichi Sankyo for active booster immunization against pertussis, diphtheria, and tetanus. The vaccine contains purified pertussis antigens together with diphtheria and tetanus toxoids and is intended to induce protective humoral immune responses against these antigens. A randomized, observer-blind Phase 3 study evaluated a single 0.5 mL subcutaneous dose in Japanese adolescents aged 11–12 years, using diphtheria-tetanus toxoid as the active comparator.
