VNX-207 is an investigational AAV-delivered T-cell immuno-gene therapy being developed by Vironexis Biotherapeutics for the treatment of nasopharyngeal cancer. Utilizing the proprietary TransJoin™ platform, the therapy employs an adeno-associated virus (AAV) vector to deliver a genetic payload *in vivo*. This payload encodes a bispecific "TransJoin" protein designed to bind simultaneously to the CD3 complex on T cells and a specific tumor-associated antigen on nasopharyngeal cancer cells. This dual binding facilitates the formation of an immunological synapse, triggering T-cell activation and targeted cytotoxicity against the tumor without the need for *ex vivo* cell manipulation. As of early 2024, the program is in the discovery stage of development.
