VNX-208 is an investigational AAV-delivered T-cell immuno-gene therapy developed by Vironexis Biotherapeutics for the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Built on the proprietary TransJoin™ platform, VNX-208 utilizes an adeno-associated virus (AAV) vector to deliver genetic instructions directly into the patient's cells *in vivo*. This gene delivery enables the endogenous production of therapeutic proteins that act as "bridges," connecting the patient's T cells to specific antigens on NSCLC cells to trigger a targeted immune response. This approach aims to provide the efficacy of T-cell engaging therapies without the need for complex ex vivo cell manufacturing or intensive conditioning regimens.
