Overview

VNX-301 is an investigational AAV-delivered T-cell immuno-gene therapy being developed by Vironexis Biotherapeutics for the treatment of nasopharyngeal cancer. The therapy is built upon the proprietary TransJoin™ platform, which utilizes an adeno-associated virus (AAV) vector to deliver genetic instructions that program the patient's own T cells *in vivo* to recognize and eliminate cancer cells. This approach aims to provide the potency of T-cell therapies with the delivery ease of gene therapy, bypassing the need for complex ex vivo cell manufacturing. As of early 2024, VNX-301 is in the discovery stage of development.
