Overview

Vociprotafib (SAR442720/RMC-4630) is a potent and orally bioavailable small molecule designed to selectively inhibit the activity of SHP2 (Src homology region 2 domain-containing phosphatase-2), an upstream cellular protein that plays a central role in modulating cell survival and growth by transmitting signals from receptor tyrosine kinases to RAS. It is being investigated as a potential treatment for various RAS-dependent tumors, particularly in combination with other targeted therapies and immunotherapies. The drug is being developed through a collaboration between Revolution Medicines and Sanofi.
