Volnay Therapeutics CAR T-cell therapy

Volnay Therapeutics is developing a precision-engineered CAR T-cell therapy program designed to selectively eliminate pathogenic T cells. This approach is intended for the treatment of conditions where specific T-cell populations drive disease pathology, such as autoimmune disorders and chronic inflammatory diseases. By engineering T cells to recognize and deplete these disease-causing T-cell subsets (a T-cell-directed CAR T approach), the therapy aims to restore immune balance and homeostasis. The program is currently in the early stages of development within Volnay's venture studio model, and specific antigen targets or lead candidate designations have not yet been publicly disclosed.
