Drug intelligence / Profile preview
VOR-201 is a preclinical-stage, conditionally activated T-cell engager (TCE) being developed by Voro Therapeutics for the treatment of solid tumors. Utilizing Voro's proprietary PrimeBody™ platform, VOR-201 is designed as a masked biologic that remains inactive in healthy tissues and systemic circulation, but is selectively activated by proteases within the tumor microenvironment. This tumor-specific activation is intended to direct T-cell activity against solid tumors while minimizing systemic toxicities and improving the therapeutic index. In June 2026, Voro Therapeutics entered into a strategic research collaboration with Alloy Therapeutics to discover and develop next-generation masked T-cell engagers, combining Voro's PrimeBody platform with Alloy's optimized CD3 antibodies and multispecific engineering capabilities.
