Overview

VOR-301 is a tumor-activated immunocytokine in discovery-stage development by Voro Therapeutics for the treatment of solid tumors, including melanoma, renal cell carcinoma (RCC), ovarian cancer, and metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC). Developed using Voro's proprietary PrimeBody™ platform, VOR-301 is designed to remain masked in healthy tissues and systemic circulation, selectively activating within the tumor microenvironment to provide sustained cytokine signaling while minimizing systemic toxicities.
