VOR-401

VOR-401 is a bispecific antibody being developed by Voro Therapeutics, currently in the discovery and lead optimization phase. It is the lead candidate from the company's proprietary PrimeBody™ platform, which is designed to create tumor-activated therapies. VOR-401 specifically targets 4-1BB (CD137), a potent costimulatory receptor found on T cells and NK cells. The PrimeBody™ approach utilizes a masking technology that is intended to be cleaved by proteases specifically within the tumor microenvironment, thereby restricting 4-1BB activation to the tumor site and minimizing systemic toxicities. VOR-401 is being developed for the treatment of various solid tumors, including colon, gastric, ovarian, bladder, prostate, and pancreatic cancers.
