Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**Vosilasarm + elacestrant** is an investigational oral combination therapy under clinical evaluation for the treatment of advanced or metastatic androgen receptor-positive, HER2-negative, estrogen receptor-positive (AR+/HER2-/ER+) breast cancer. Vosilasarm (code name EP0062) is a selective androgen receptor modulator (SARM) that may provide antitumor activity through modulation of androgen receptor signaling in breast cancer. Elacestrant is an oral selective estrogen receptor degrader (SERD) that promotes degradation of the estrogen receptor and inhibits its signaling, which is a validated approach in the treatment of ER-positive breast cancer, including subpopulations with ESR1 mutation-driven resistance to endocrine therapies. This combination is being studied to evaluate synergistic effects and overcome endocrine resistance.
