VP-003

VP-003 is a small molecule antagonist of the **beta-2 adrenergic receptor (β2-AR)** currently under development by **Varsity Pharmaceuticals** for the treatment of **glioblastoma multiforme (GBM)**. The therapeutic rationale for VP-003 is based on the role of adrenergic signaling in the tumor microenvironment, where activation of β2-AR has been linked to increased tumor cell proliferation, enhanced angiogenesis, and the promotion of treatment resistance in high-grade gliomas.
