VP301

VP301 is an afucosylated, humanized Fc-modified immunoglobulin G1 (IgG1) bispecific antibody targeting both CD38 and ICAM-1. It is designed to enhance antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) and antibody-dependent cellular phagocytosis (ADCP), particularly in tumor cells with low CD38 expression. VP301 demonstrates potent anti-tumor activity in multiple myeloma and lymphoma cell lines, including those resistant to current anti-CD38 therapies. The drug has shown synergistic effects when combined with lenalidomide in preclinical models. Its unique binding profile results in reduced red blood cell binding compared to the benchmark CD38 antibody daratumumab[3][5][7].
