Drug intelligence / Profile preview
VRC-FLUDNA063-00-VP is a seasonal influenza DNA vaccine developed by the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) Vaccine Research Center (VRC). It is composed of three closed-circular DNA plasmids that encode for the hemagglutinin (HA) protein from three specific influenza strains: A/California/04/2009 (H1), A/Victoria/361/2011 (H3), and B/Wisconsin/2010. The vaccine aims to induce an immune response against these influenza strains to prevent infection.
