Overview

VS101 is a sustained-release subconjunctival insert developed by ViSci Ltd. It is designed to deliver latanoprost for the treatment of open-angle glaucoma and ocular hypertension. The insert aims to reduce intraocular pressure by increasing uveoscleral outflow, similar to topical latanoprost, but offers the benefit of eliminating the need for daily eye drops, thereby improving patient compliance.
