VSV-GP154 is a VSV-GP-based cancer vaccine that preferentially replicates in pancreatic adenocarcinoma cells with KRAS G12D or KRAS G12V mutations. It is designed to induce immunogenic cell death in tumors and stimulate immune cell recruitment. It is part of a heterologous prime-boost vaccine strategy used in combination with other treatments like ATP150/ATP152 and Ezabenlimab for treating KRAS mutated pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma.
