A small molecule TEAD autopalmitoylation inhibitor being studied for its ability to inhibit proliferation and tumor growth in NF2-deficient mesothelioma. This compound acts by selectively inhibiting the autopalmitoylation of TEAD transcription factors, which are key effectors in the Hippo signaling pathway implicated in cancer cell proliferation and survival[1][2][5][8]. 2. A universal influenza vaccine candidate developed by Versatope Therapeutics (in collaboration with Intravacc), designed as a prophylactic vaccine for the prevention of influenza A virus infections.
