Drug intelligence / Profile preview
VT10 is an active drug form that is rapidly metabolized from the prodrug VT30 in the skin. VT30, developed by Venthera, Inc., a BridgeBio company, is a topical treatment intended for cutaneous venous malformations, lymphatic malformations, or mixed venolymphatic malformations associated with PIK3CA or TEK mutations. As the active form, VT10 is expected to achieve target engagement by inhibiting inappropriate PI3K activation and addressing TEK mutations, thereby contributing to the amelioration of the signs and symptoms of these malformations.
