Drug intelligence / Profile preview
VTK-125 is a pan-RAS protein degrader being developed by Vitarka Therapeutics for the treatment of Glioblastoma Multiforme (GBM). The drug is specifically engineered to be blood-brain barrier (BBB) permeable, allowing for effective delivery to the central nervous system (CNS). As a pan-RAS degrader, VTK-125 is designed to target and eliminate multiple isoforms of the RAS protein family, including KRAS, HRAS, and NRAS, which are key drivers in oncogenic signaling and tumor progression in glioblastoma. The program is currently in the preclinical stage of development.
