VTRU300 is a trispecific natural killer (NK) cell engager currently in the discovery phase, developed by VITRUVIAE for the treatment of solid tumors. The therapeutic is engineered using a proprietary platform designed to simultaneously target cancer-associated glycans (sugars) and cancer-associated lipids, which are abnormal molecular patterns uniquely present or enriched on the surface of cancer cells and leukemic stem cells. By binding these dual targets while concurrently engaging and activating NK cells, VTRU300 facilitates a targeted immune response to recruit and activate the innate immune system specifically against tumor cells while sparing healthy tissue.
