Overview

**VTS-63** is an oral fixed-dose combination candidate from Vitalis for dyslipidemia comprising extended-release niacin and a proprietary aspirin formulation known as VTS-Aspirin. The candidate is designed to retain niacin's lipid-modifying activity while reducing niacin-associated flushing through temporally controlled aspirin exposure. A small randomized crossover pilot study in healthy participants with niacin flushing reported fewer moderate or severe flushing events with VTS-63 than with niacin alone or standard aspirin administered concurrently with niacin.
