Overview

VTX-P04 (also referred to as VTX-0P4 or VTX 0P4) is a preclinical, modular, protein-based self-assembling cancer immunotherapy being developed by Voltron Therapeutics to generate a potent T cell–mediated response against prostate stem cell antigen (PSCA)-expressing tumors, including prostate, urothelial, renal, bladder, and potentially other PSCA-positive cancers.[2][3][4][8][9] Built on Voltron’s self-assembling immunotherapy platform, the construct is designed to present a full-length PSCA antigen in a configuration that elicits robust antigen-specific CD4+ and CD8+ T cell responses, leading to anti-tumor activity and tumor growth inhibition in murine models.[2][3][4][8][9] In preclinical PSCA-expressing TRAMP-C2 tumor models, VTX-P04 monotherapy improved survival and reduced tumor volume, and showed statistically significant additive efficacy when combined with PD-1 checkpoint inhibition, with a safety profile comparable to controls and no evident reactogenicity, supporting its advancement toward clinical development in oncology.[2][3][4][8]
