Overview

VV913 is a novel small-molecule drug candidate being developed by Vigonvita Life Sciences for the treatment of premature ejaculation (PE). Characterized by a unique chemical structure, VV913 is designed to provide a therapeutic option with superior efficacy and an improved safety profile compared to existing treatments. Preclinical studies in rat models of premature ejaculation have demonstrated significant efficacy following a single administration. The compound is currently undergoing Phase I clinical trials in China, which are evaluating the safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetics of single ascending oral doses in healthy male participants.
