VX-A905 is a bispecific antibody-drug conjugate (BsADC) being developed by VERAXA Biotech for the treatment of esophageal cancer and breast cancer. It is part of VERAXA's proprietary BiTAC (Bi-Targeted Antibody Cytotoxicity) platform, which is designed to create next-generation solid tumor therapies with improved tumor targeting and minimized off-target effects by binding to two distinct antigens. The drug is being developed in partnership with OmniAb. As of early 2024, the specific biological targets and cytotoxic payload of VX-A905 have not been publicly disclosed, and the program is in the discovery stage.
