VXA-210 + VXA-211

VXA-210 + VXA-211 is a preclinical-stage antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) program developed by VERAXA Biotech, targeting HER2-positive solid tumors, including breast cancer. The program utilizes VERAXA's proprietary glycan engineering and tetrazine-based click chemistry platform to create site-specific ADCs with a drug-to-antibody ratio (DAR) of 4. VXA-211, a lead candidate in the program, features a topoisomerase I inhibitor payload. In preclinical in vivo studies, VXA-211 demonstrated potent anti-tumor activity, with a single 10 mg/kg dose achieving near-complete tumor regression in mouse models, reportedly showing superior efficacy compared to the benchmark HER2 ADC trastuzumab deruxtecan (Enhertu). The program is currently available for partnering or in-licensing.
