VY-201

VY-201 is an investigational multi-antigen engager (MAE) being developed by Vycellix for the treatment of solid tumors. Built upon the company's proprietary VY-X platform, VY-201 is designed to simultaneously target multiple tumor-associated antigens, a strategy intended to overcome the challenges of tumor heterogeneity and antigen escape that often limit the efficacy of single-target therapies. The molecule functions by recruiting and activating immune effector cells—typically Natural Killer (NK) cells or T cells—to the tumor microenvironment to induce targeted lysis of cancer cells. As of early 2024, the program is in the IND-enabling stage of development, with the goal of advancing into clinical trials for various solid tumor indications.
