Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Wandai Tang Granules is a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) classic formula developed as a Class 3.1 new drug by Sichuan Guangda Pharmaceutical, a subsidiary of Livzon Pharmaceutical Group. It received marketing approval from China's National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) in October 2026. Originating from the Qing Dynasty text *Fu Qingzhu's Treatise on Gynecology*, the formula is indicated for the treatment of leukorrhea (abnormal vaginal discharge) caused by spleen deficiency and liver qi stagnation accompanied by downward-driving damp-turbidity. Wandai Tang Granules contains ten active herbal ingredients, including *Atractylodes macrocephala*, *Dioscorea opposita*, *Panax ginseng*, *Paeonia lactiflora*, *Plantago asiatica*, *Atractylodes lancea*, *Citrus reticulata*, *Bupleurum chinense*, *Schizonepeta tenuifolia*, and *Glycyrrhiza uralensis*. It works synergistically to tonify the spleen, soothe the liver, transform dampness, and arrest vaginal discharge.
