Drug intelligence / Profile preview
WC-DF-3206 is a preclinical-stage small molecule inhibitor targeting cyclin-dependent kinases 4 and 6 (CDK4/6). Developed by Fujian Boyue Pharmaceutical Technology, a subsidiary of Shanghai Boyue Biotechnology, the compound is being investigated for the treatment of various cancers. By selectively inhibiting CDK4 and CDK6, WC-DF-3206 aims to block the phosphorylation of retinoblastoma protein (Rb), thereby arresting the cell cycle at the G1/S transition and suppressing tumor cell proliferation.
