Weisu Granules is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) formulation developed by Yangtze River Pharmaceutical Group. It is primarily indicated for the treatment of gastrointestinal disorders, including chronic gastritis, gastric ulcers, and functional dyspepsia. The formulation is based on the principle of regulating Qi to harmonize the stomach and consists of several herbal components such as *Perilla frutescens*, *Cyperus rotundus*, and *Citrus aurantium*. In clinical practice, it is used to alleviate symptoms like epigastric pain, bloating, and acid reflux. Recent clinical research has also explored its utility in combination with other agents for the salvage treatment of *Helicobacter pylori* infection, leveraging its potential to improve the gastric environment and enhance the efficacy of non-antibiotic regimens.
