Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Well-Root PT is a premixed, injectable bioceramic material composed of calcium silicates, designed for endodontic applications such as pulpotomy, pulp capping, and root-end filling. Developed by Vericom, it is characterized by its bioactivity, biocompatibility, and ease of use compared to traditional Mineral Trioxide Aggregate (MTA). Upon application, the material reacts with moisture to form hydroxyapatite, creating a hermetic seal and promoting the regeneration of dental tissues. It is particularly noted for its shorter setting time and consistent handling properties.
