Overview

Wenpi San (温脾散) is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) herbal formula. Its composition varies across different classical texts, but it generally includes herbs aimed at warming the spleen, dispelling cold, and strengthening digestive functions. It has been traditionally applied to treat conditions such as infantile spleen qi disharmony, poor appetite, weakness, persistent watery diarrhea, indigestion, and abdominal distension, particularly those associated with spleen and stomach cold-deficiency. It is currently being investigated for its application in chronic atrophic gastritis with weak spleen and stomach.
