Wenshengyang Granules is an innovative Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) candidate (Class 1.1) developed by the Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in collaboration with Chengji (Zhuhai Hengqin) Pharmaceutical Technology. It is formulated as oral granules specifically for the treatment of osteoporosis associated with the Kidney-yang deficiency syndrome. In TCM theory, the kidney is believed to govern bone health, and this formulation aims to restore balance and improve bone mineral density by tonifying Kidney-yang. The project is part of the Shanghai TCM Science and Technology Innovation Project and is currently in the preclinical development phase.
