Wenwei Ayaranji Tablets is a traditional Uyghur medicine developed by Xinjiang Uygur Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. for the treatment of functional dyspepsia and appetite loss associated with abnormal gastric mucus syndrome. In the context of Uyghur medicine, the formulation is designed to warm the stomach and regulate the balance of gastric humors (mucus). As of 2023, the drug is undergoing a randomized, double-blind, parallel-group Phase III clinical trial in China to evaluate its efficacy and safety in relieving symptoms such as gastric fullness, pain, and reduced appetite.
