Drug intelligence / Profile preview
WH602 is an investigational nitric oxide–releasing intravaginal product being developed by Novan for the treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and high‑risk human papillomavirus (HPV) infections. Built on Novan’s nitric oxide platform, the formulation (developed as both gel and suppository concepts) is intended to deliver sustained, localized nitric oxide to the cervical and vaginal mucosa to exert antiviral and potentially immunomodulatory effects against oncogenic HPV while minimizing systemic exposure.[3][5][11][13]
