Drug intelligence / Profile preview
WJ08 is a small molecule inhibitor specifically targeting the **KRAS G12D** mutation, developed by **Wigen Biomedicine Technology (Shanghai)**. KRAS G12D is a common oncogenic driver in various cancers, particularly pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC), colorectal cancer, and non-small cell lung adenocarcinomas. By binding to the mutant KRAS G12D protein, WJ08 aims to block downstream signaling pathways, such as the MAPK/ERK and PI3K/AKT pathways, which promote tumor cell proliferation and survival. The drug is currently in development for the treatment of advanced solid tumors harboring the G12D mutation.
