Overview

**WL276 CAR-T cells** is an investigational cell therapy product consisting of autologous T cells genetically engineered to express a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) targeting CD276 (also known as B7-H3), an immune checkpoint protein highly expressed on recurrent or progressive glioblastoma cells. The therapy is designed to recognize and bind CD276 on tumor cells, enabling the patient's immune system to selectively attack and destroy glioblastoma cells. WL276 CAR-T cells are administered via local intracranial delivery using an Ommaya device. The therapy is currently being evaluated for safety and efficacy in early-phase clinical studies for patients with CD276-positive glioblastoma[1].
