Drug intelligence / Profile preview
WNQ03 is a monoclonal antibody developed by Staidson (Beijing) Biopharmaceutical (Staidson Hongkong) that targets Toll-like receptors (TLRs). Toll-like receptors are a class of pattern recognition receptors that play a fundamental role in the innate immune system by detecting pathogen-associated molecular patterns (PAMPs) and damage-associated molecular patterns (DAMPs). By binding to and modulating TLR signaling, WNQ03 is intended to regulate the inflammatory cascade, potentially offering a therapeutic approach for autoimmune diseases and inflammatory conditions. It is currently part of Staidson's research and development pipeline.
