Overview

WP1302 is an investigational antigen-specific peptide immunotherapy for Graves' disease, originally developed as ATX-GD-59 by Apitope and subsequently developed by Worg Pharmaceuticals. It is a lyophilized equimolar mixture of two synthetic peptides derived from the human thyroid-stimulating hormone receptor sequence. The peptides are intended to restore antigen-specific immune tolerance to TSHR by presentation through HLA-DR on antigen-presenting cells, reducing pathogenic T-cell responses and downstream TSHR autoantibody production without broad immunosuppression. WP1302 has completed a Phase 1 study and is in Phase 2 development for Graves' disease. ([worgpharma.com](https://www.worgpharma.com/en/pro_apitop.html))
