Overview
WPC02 is a small molecule inhibitor of the mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) pathway, currently in the drug discovery stage at Westlake Pharmaceuticals (Westlake Biopharma). The MAPK pathway is a critical signaling cascade that regulates cell growth, differentiation, and survival; its aberrant activation is a hallmark of many malignancies.
