**WRAIR-PAM-CF1** is an investigational intravenous, four-component lytic bacteriophage cocktail developed to reduce *Pseudomonas aeruginosa* burden in adults with cystic fibrosis who are chronically colonized with the pathogen. The product comprises PaWRA01Phi11, PaWRA01Phi39, PaWRA02Phi83, and PaWRA02Phi87, naturally occurring phages that infect and lyse *P. aeruginosa*. It is being evaluated in the NIAID-sponsored PHAGE study, a randomized Phase 1b/2 trial assessing single-dose safety and microbiological activity.
