WT1-427 long is a synthetic peptide derived from the Wilms' tumor 1 (WT1) protein, designed as part of a multivalent cancer vaccine targeting tumors that overexpress WT1. The vaccine formulation includes several peptides to stimulate both CD4 and CD8 T cell responses across multiple HLA subtypes.
