Drug intelligence / Profile preview
WTX201 is a small molecule inhibitor of the Wnt signaling pathway currently under development by Wntrix. It is being investigated for the treatment of gastrointestinal cancers, specifically liver cancer (hepatocellular carcinoma) and pancreatic cancer. The Wnt pathway is frequently dysregulated in these malignancies, contributing to tumor growth, metastasis, and resistance to therapy. WTX201 is currently in the IND-enabling stage of development, aimed at progressing toward clinical trials for patients with Wnt-driven solid tumors.
