Drug intelligence / Profile preview
WX-mPD-L1 is an anti-mouse programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1) monoclonal antibody developed by WuXi AppTec and WuXi Biologics. It is designed as a surrogate research tool for use in syngeneic mouse xenograft models to evaluate the efficacy and mechanism of action of immune checkpoint inhibitors in preclinical settings. The antibody blocks the interaction between PD-L1 and its receptor PD-1, thereby enhancing T-cell mediated anti-tumor immune responses. It has been utilized in studies involving melanoma cell lines like CloudmanS91 and B16-F10 to profile neo-antigens and TCR repertoires.
